    I can’t explain in words how awesome the stay was , location , staff , everything was top notch and if you are a crazy backpacker then you will love the feel of close to nature .

    A very good and perfect stay for travellers. Staff, food, rooms and view everything was perfect. The dogs casper and gabbar are very sweet. There is a trek to reach the hotel premise. Trek is small but a little risky. My suggestion is it should atleast have side grills to protect guests or an alternative route so the trek can be a choice not a mandate thing.

    First of all the route to the Zostel, I mean unbelievable. The location was at terrible place. Zostel was so terrible. You cannot even think of returning to zostel after 5:30 PM. The staff was not reachable at night. They switched off their phone. I mean, I do not understand if there had been any medical emergency. Who would we have contacted and when I asked them, so they said this is the policy which I do not understand what kind of policy is this because I’ve been to other places of Zostel itself, The staff usually are very nice. The view from Zostel was very nice, no doubt, but the facilities the staff was not good. Even they did not do that bonfire thing. I asked them if there will be any bonfire or something else. They said this place is new we cannot do that and all blah blah. The staff is like they’ll do everything according to their convenience. They switched off their phone in the night, for electricity, they switch on generator from which you know, geyser works, so they switched off their phone in the night and we had to get up early and go to someplace which we planned, but because they were not reachable, we could not contact them and when they woke up around seven in the morning, then they switched on the generator, and then we got ready. So this was very disappointing because they do everything according to their convenience. Plus, there is absolutely like no parking, you know things set up for Hostel, so if you are going there, please be planned and the place is at very isolated. You know area so I would suggest not say for girls.
