    The bidet shower was broken, but the staff replaced it quickly after we informed them.

    Rooms are okay in size, cleanliness is maintained well and everyone in staff is also very helpful. It has kitchen as well where you can order from the menu list. Facilities can be improved like providing water bottles, towels etc.

    I would like to provide feedback regarding the overall condition of Dormitory Room 204. When we entered the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a particularly strong smell resembling cigarette smoke. We reported the issue to the reception, but we were advised to dry our towels outside the room. However, we do not believe that damp towels were the actual cause of the problem. The room does not appear to have adequate ventilation. The windows and doors are generally kept closed, which makes it difficult for fresh air to circulate. Although there is an exhaust fan in the bathroom, the ventilation opening is very small and does not allow sufficient airflow into or out of the room. When entering the room from the gallery, the bathroom plumbing pipes connected to the bathroom inside the room are clearly visible. This does not provide a pleasant or comfortable impression and could be improved from both an aesthetic and maintenance perspective. I hope the management will take appropriate corrective measures for the benefit of future guests.

    The stay was disappointing. The room had a foul smell, and even after requesting a room freshener, it took almost 2 hours for it to arrive. The rooftop area also smelled like a drainage, making it unpleasant to spend time there. Another odd policy was that the AC remote wasn't kept in the room, you have to call reception every time you want to use it, and they take it back afterward. It definitely felt more like a basic hostel than a comfortable stay.
