The location is in between Patong and Kamala. There is NO beach in front of this hotel. Its just a Oceanfront property. This a max a 2-3 star property and for this price you can get better deals in Phuket. As an example: No hand wash but a small little soap to do the job. The room is also basic. Overall this is not to be mistaken as a resort but just somewhere you can probably park yourself for the night. No housekeeping after 5 pm, no in room service or food after 10.30PM.

I came to Phuket for a vacation with my wife, and if you're looking for a quiet location with tons of gorgeous views from the hotel itself, I would heartily recommend Zenmaya. The hotel is just perfect value for money. The infinity pool gives you amazing sunset views. The food at the hotel is also great. Wi-Fi is good. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and they are available 24×7. All of our tour operators recognised this as a pickup point and everything went smoothly. There are a 3-4 restaurants at walking distance, but you'll need transport if you want to explore the markets at Patong. This hotel is just the perfect mix of quiet and beauty. The rooms are huge and super clean. The hotel amenities are fantastic. Our whole experience was just amazing from the beginning to the end.

Property is very dated. Breakfast is mediocre and the only two highlights are the infinity pool and new from balcony
