    The hotel/chain is being added as part of the Hilton family and has many things to its favor such as nice accomodations, in suite kitchen, 24/7 oxxo below, nice staff, nice rooftop, etc. The most important one that I was looking for, which is quietness was not achieved. The windows are not fully noiseproof, and there were a few noises from inside as well (ongoing work, etc.). If they could correct the window (with a double insulated one) and be more proactive about internal noises, I would upgrade my review.

    Best hotel in Colombia the staff is very friendly. The food is excellent the room it’s so clean. The location is very nearby anywhere to go. The safety is 100%. This is my second time in the hotel and I love it and I recommended to everyone family friend. When you stay in York luxury hotel you feel like home I am sure I will go back again

    I enjoyed 3 nights here this past week and it was a great base to explore Medellin. The location is a bit off of the beaten track, but in a very safe and secure neighborhood, which counts for a lot. Medellin is a huge city, and very hilly, so it is a bit of a challenge to walk unless you're specifically in the Lauraeles neighborhood. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent and very professional and the young man attending to the pool was also. By the way, the pool is a very relaxing terrace with a fantastic view to the hill (like most rooms have). The rooftop terrace bar was also a wonderful location. The bartenders, however, were unfriendly, disinterested, and could not make a cocktail. That was a disappointment and out of step with the rest of the staff, but by no means did it detract from my stay. The management should just be aware because they charge premium prices up there (and the view itself is absolutely that). I would happily return and recommend this hotel. A quick note - the staff at the front desk told me that this hotel will become a Hilton property in November 2025, so hopefully it will maintain its unique character.

    Very high quality hotel. But there is only one thing is not good about this hotel . Their city tour operators. They are not high standart , expensive Lady was charge of this operation useless. Do not buy your from them.
