    It's so horrible that the male staff claimed that I did not make any booking and the hotel was full. In fact, I have stayed there two nights and joined one night temple stay and returned back. Even I showed the conformation to him, he said it was not written in Korean words. I showed him about the hotel name and address in Korean words. He still claimed that I have not make any booking. This led me to crazy, and claimed to call police. He asked his supervisor by phone.....Finally, it spent about one hour to this horrible issue. I never met this incident in the past. Very very terrible!!!!!

    Sunrise view of East Sea is great, through the window. Regardless of no heater at night,no electric kettle inside the room, the facilities were old, no water bottles will be provided on the next living day, instant coffee will not be provided unless you ask; this hotel will be recommended. In addition, the female staff is nice to try her effort to help you.

    This was my last stay for Chuseok and it was a great experience. Hotel was old but it had a stunning view.
