Great location beside the river and mountain views. Friendly staff who can communicate in English

The resort was absolutely beautiful, with the river and rock formations and the rooms themselves. Lovely staff and food options. It was a quick ride away from a fun downtown area or the rice terraces if you book a day tour. Truly the best place we stayed the whole trip.

Yangshuo Mountain Retreat has to be one of the most memorable stays for us.. the hotel is perfectly located by the yulong river beside the mountains.. the view from the balcony is quite breathtaking.. feels like every corner of the hotel was carefully thought of and cared for.. staff were very supportive.. their western food menu is delicious.. we definitely appreciate all their effort to make us feel welcome.. definitely come back here if we visit yangshuo again.
