The location of the hotel is not ideal, with limited amenities nearby, but the neighborhood is quite. Taking a taxi or Grab is super convenient and affordable so that solves the location. The hotel has spacious rooms, but there are several areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely firm—more like sleeping on a board—and the pillows were not particularly comfortable. The room could also have been cleaner: we found hair throughout the bathroom, on the floor, and even on the bed. That said, the linen itself felt clean and smelled fresh. For breakfast guests choose from five options the day before. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and gave their best with everything. One positive feature is that the hotel provides free bikes. We used them once; they were functional but clearly not premium quality (which we also didn't expect for the free bikes). Overall, the hotel has helpful staff and spacious rooms, but the uncomfortable bed and cleanliness issues made the stay less enjoyable.

They assure but don't deliver, we asked for breakfast which was included to be packed for our journey they said not possible after assuring they will arrange that's something we can understand. We asked for limousine to be arranged for airport they made us sit at the front seat after we tipping them thinking it will make some good influence not worth while. Should avoid!!!!

The place is very close to Hoa Lu Old town with a short car ride away. The service staff at the reception named Thu is excellent and helped me with my enquiries and laundry. The place has a beautiful surroundings and the breakfast was simple but great.
