    The property is far away from the nightlife and has a beautiful beach. There are a few beach restaurants around serving basically the same thing. I would suggest getting a things for the mini fridge from a 7-11 before going to resort. They had a shuttle back to boat, so they probably have one going there to, Check in this. Wifi was strong but not a lot of channels. The nights are very quiet and the number of dogs seemed to increase. I was alone and had dogs try to steal my towel while I was swimming during the day. Great holiday to SHARE with a partner.

    Needs transportation to get in and out of far away beaches and town,, very clean and not flooded with tourists, ok if you rent a motorcycle as most people have spending overnight to explore , breaskfast ok for its value and clean room , plenty of umbrellas to relax on the beach with many restaurants to cater, definitely worth returning for their affordable accommodation

    My son and I and my granddaughters have been going to Xanadu for several years. The staff are always very helpful, particularly Adisorn at reception. The private beach is right there, a few minutes walk away from our units. We always try to book there.

    The staff, the location is good but hotel is in urgent need of cleanliness. Water supplied in taps is not clean, toilet was broken and shower space was rusted. Toilets were old and in bad condition. The utensils provided in the room and at breakfast table were not clean.
