Overall, it was a decent price and exactly what I was seeking, a clean, quiet, central hotel located within walking distance of Innovative Field. The place could use a face lift, elevator required that you go up a set of stairs first. It's really a very basic and no thrills hotel. I would return if I find myself in Rochester in the near future. I tried uploading pictures but website needs sending a failing error.

My stay was disappointing from start to finish. The hotel advertises that breakfast is included, but there was no breakfast available during my stay. When I went to the breakfast area, I found what appeared to be a pancake sitting in water inside a pot with visible mildew. It was unsanitary and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off during my stay, adding to an already unpleasant experience. The front desk was equally disappointing. Upon arrival, the employee was wearing a hoodie and presented themselves in an unprofessional manner, which did not inspire confidence or provide a welcoming first impression. Overall, this hotel failed to deliver on its advertised amenities and basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you have other options.
