    Hallways smell of urine and other nauseous odors. Get there to find a sign saying pool and hot tub are closed until further notice. When I asked them how long it's been closed for, they said 3 years!!! When I asked why it didn't say that anywhere when I booked the room I was told that it is on their site but it's buried at the bottom. Beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable including pull out couch. Would not recommend for families for sure. No free breakfast either.

    We were so disappointed in our stay at this Hilton hotel. I have never experienced this for a Hilton. I always check my mattresses at any hotel. They were disgusting. Completely brown and stained. I took photos. The upholstered chair was filthy as well. We went down and they gave us there last room with two beds. The mattresses were better but the tub was dirty and upholstered chair the same. The water would not go down the sick drain or bathtub. I would not even take a shower due to it. The staff was nice and did say this hotel has not had an update. That was obvious. Completely not worth what we paid. They said they could not compensate us due to booking through a third party so hopefully Agoda can help and file a complaint. The morning check out person was Alex and said to let them know so he can help. He was very apologetic.
