    Check-in was efficient. Pre-booked and paid for online through Agoda (+). They put an automatic $100 deposit on my card for incidentals of which I always have none. I understand the reason but since I had already fully paid, I don't agree that it was necessary.

    Only one elevator worked, kitchen was under renovation which is not listed as such on the website. Had to be switched rooms immediately due to a horrible smell, my key didn't work and was informed it was supposed to be a special key, the room door was stuck. The second room carpet was gross and there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom.

    Wyndham review I check in very late Friday it was actually after midnight and no one told us there was no hot water in the entire building. I found out from another customer/guest who was checking out. my toilet is messed up, my bathroom was filthy, the TV didn’t work half the time, they had no breakfast because the kitchen was also out of service and they only had 1 elevator working in the entire building. This was thee absolute worse experience I have ever had at a Wyndham hotel. The hot water did not get fixed until 5pm on Saturday 9/12/26. I will be contacting corporate about this as I am also a Wyndham rewards member. And the management during the day shift was rude and unconcerned about the guest and the bad experience we were having. Just completely the worst experience I’ve had with Wyndham hotels.
