Just like an apartment but with mor accommodation

I stayed for 2 nights, when they gave me my room I noticed a very strong musty odor in my room, remote control had grease on it, there were pieces of hair on one of the pillows, my toilet seat was very loose and the worst part was the toilet was clogged, it would not flush.
Went to reception and at least one positive thing is that the staff was very nice, a very nice woman offered to change me to another room so I could use the toilet, however, the second bedroom was not too different, the musty odor was even worse, the A/C was not cooling enough, I found another piece of hair on my bed and my toilet seat was also very loose, toilet was super dirty but at least it flushed.
I did not want to continue complaining as I assumed all rooms were probably in the same condition so I had to just accept the room and continue my stay.
Unfortunately my stay was not very nice, but hopefully this was just one time and future travelers don't have to experience this.
