    We very very satisfied with room cleanliness and hotel personnel. However, if visiting next time, I would choose hotel located closer to the other end of the Main Street to avoid additional driving time through the whole town when visiting national parks. The other disadvantages of this hotel that the Air-conditioner in the room was very old and noisy, WiFi was very slow. Hotel does not use proper plates or cutlery and using single use paper and plastic.

    Great facility. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and kept well-stocked. Check-in and Check-out staff were gracious and kind. Pool was lovely!

    Housekeeping banging on door despite DND sign far before check out time, keys stopped working before check out time so we were locked out, front desk staff disappeared for for 10 minutes so we’re standing around waiting to get back in whilst our anxious dog freaked out in the room. Only to get told “your key didn’t get disabled, it’s not just you the keys stop working all the time”. No apologies, just excuses.
