Always clean, no bugs, and nice staff. Needs some repairs, but overall can’t beat it for the price. I stay here almost weekly.

The price was good for the stay. My wife and I stayed for a total of two nights. The first night we stayed on the top floor and didn't have enough water pressure to allow water to come out of the shower head. After advising the staff of the water pressure issue we were housed on the second floor for the second night. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue so the last night we didn't have enough water pressure to take a shower. We had to literally use the ice bucket and fill with water and rinse off. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I wouldn't recommend the stay for anyone. Sorry, but it is the truth.

Positives: room was fine. Art I room and common areas was nice. Breakfast was nice. Eggs, waffles, cereal, yougert,hot chocolate. Staff was great. Landscaping hadn’t been touched in 10 years. Very messy. Trash beside our door was disgusting. Hadn’t been cared for in days. Hall carpet was old and icky. If you could make it to the room you were ok. Good value for the money.
