    Really nice place to stay on our trip passing through. Rooms were very clean and tidy, with lots of space. Check in was super quick and simple facilitating a late check in for us with no hassles. Rooms were all clean and tidy with the rooms being a bit dated. Shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature settings. But plenty of hot water once we got it going.

    My booking confirmation email stated check-in was from 12am. l even checked other booking platforms and they stated 24/7 check in. We arrived closed to 1pm and were asked to come back after 2pm or pay a $10 early check-in fee. We looked up, there was a huge sign at the property that says 24 hour check-in. The room provided was not the room we booked. Despite our confirmation clearly showing the room details, staff refused to provide the booked room unless we paid extra. They said we made a mistake and we needed to contact the booking platform to sort out and correct the room details. The accommodation information on the booking platform is the responsibility of the business, not the customers. A normal business would have given us the booked room, and then contact the booking platforms and amend the whatever incorrect information, so it won't happen again. Instead, blamed the customers to sort it out ourselves with the booking site, and it's not their problem.
