Bed clean. Bedside cabinets covered in thick dust and behind them and behind the bed had not been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom floor dirty with hair. Shower cubicle had old very rusty remains of attachments. Will not be using or recommending this motel again. Room 17 felt neglected.

We recently stayed at Willows Motel in Goulburn and found it to be a solid, no-fuss option that delivers well for its category. It’s not trying to be luxury, but it ticks the boxes for a comfortable and easy stay.
The location is very convenient—close to the main roads, making it an ideal stopover if you’re passing through or just need somewhere accessible. Despite this, it’s relatively quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep.
The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. They’ve been updated enough to feel fresh without losing that classic motel feel. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided, making it an easy place to settle in.
Service was a standout. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, which always elevates the experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, Willows Motel offers great value for money. It’s reliable, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay or overnight stop in Goulburn.
