    Great location & service
    6.4 / 10Average·Jul 2025
The location of this resort is good. It has accessible roads and is tucked away in a quiet place. The restaurant has good food at a reasonable price. The swimming pool and other amenities are well maintained. However, the property is not kept clean and maintained very well. There were irregularities in the service on a day to day basis. For eg, morning tea was unavailable close to the rooms on some days. The staff at the restaurant and housekeeping were really good, but the reception desk needs to be more respectful to the guests. They also levy a staff welfare fee by default against any restaurant bills, which is optional, but this was added by default and not asked at any point. However, it was removed promptly upon request. Getting transportation here can be a problem, so plan accordingly.
