    The accommodation itself was quite good, but the overall experience was let down by the staff and the surroundings. The staff were generally unfriendly, often looking unhappy, and the prices they quoted for basic services were ridiculously high compared with what you could get outside. Breakfast was also disappointing. Items were frequently running out, and there was little effort to replenish them in a timely manner. To make things worse, the alley leading to the accommodation was filled with piles of rubbish and smelled terrible. The place itself had potential, but the service, pricing and surrounding environment really took away from the experience.

    This hostel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool is clean, breakfast is good and the staff (mostly resident volunteers) are super nice and helpful. The hostel has even set up a WhatsApp so guest can communicate on sharing rides or arranging tours.

    Close to everything, there is breakfast- egg, rice, bread, fruits. Reception floor should be swept consistently since they ask you to leave shoes outside. The floor was sandy. Pretty chill hostel.

    Lot of things can be improved . Having someone constantly at reception helps . Bathrooms were not that great . Breakfast buffet can atleast have different fruits everyday . For a South east asian country , hospitality can be improved
