    Despite booking months in advance to secure a queen bed, we were given a traditional ondol room upon arrival—completely contrary to our reservation. After a long drive timed to avoid holiday traffic, we expected a smooth check-in, but instead waited over 15 minutes, only to be handed keys to a room we did not request. The room was poorly cleaned—hair on the floor, a hastily wiped toilet, no air conditioning remote, and no control for the mounted TV. The heated floor made sleeping unbearable, even with our own bedding to mitigate hygiene issues. The worst offense occurred on the second night when another couple accessed our room while we were asleep, clearly due to a major security lapse. This disturbing breach confirmed the hotel's lack of proper guest monitoring and safety protocols. This was our most disappointing accommodation experience to date—unprofessional service, substandard cleanliness, and serious security concerns. Strongly not recommended.
