We arrive in the morning and was greeted by the staff. Accommodating naman sila and were able to answer our curious questions. Pure stay lang kami dito and we took our dinner sa malapit lang na Bay Walk, cia tricycle. Madaming options ng food dun. Got home by Tricycle lng din. The place is clean and quiet and safe. Pwede lumabas ng room sa gabi at smoking area, safe naman sha. May tindahan sa tapat for anything you need. At hinatid kami sa airport which is 8 to 10 mins away lang. Pede tricycle lng din papunta ng airport at super lapit lng. Thank you Irish and Mill.

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
The property itself looks decent, the room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. If all you need is a cold room to sleep in, it might be acceptable.
However, the biggest issue was the water supply. There was little to no running water, and every time we needed water, we had to contact the caretaker first. Even when the water was turned on, the water pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to shower or even use the bathroom properly.
Guests should also be aware that basic toiletries were not provided. Due to the very low room rate, there was no shampoo or soap available.
We stayed in Room 2, and the bathroom door would not close properly, which is a major concern for privacy—especially if you are traveling with someone other than your spouse.
What disappointed us the most was the lack of responsiveness. We informed them the night before that we would be leaving early and that there was no water, but no action was taken to resolve the issue.
Given the high ratings, we expected a much better experience. Sadly, the reality did not match the reviews. We left disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.
