    The staff was very rude no one spoke English and they were not staff that was helpful they were very sarcastic and no one there needs to work there they all need to go back where they came from even the security I spent 3 days thought the room was great but customer service and the house keepers were very rude

    Oh that's my favorite hotel I ever been to the staff was always so kind to me I'm going back there soon plus it's the cleanest hotel I been to in Jacksonville

    I was un aware of the $100 deposit upon arrival and call Agoda costumer service and they told me that it would be refunded for not stay and almost 2 weeks later still haven't gotten back my $100 deposit. Very unsatisfied
