Unfortunately, my experience at Washington Capsule Accommodation was quite disappointing. The actual condition of the place was very different from what was shown in their advertisements.
The floors were dirty, and the CR/bathroom was also not properly clean. The toilet area was extremely small and uncomfortable. The walls were so close that my elbows actually touched them when I tried to sit on the toilet bowl.
What was particularly disappointing was that the photos used in their advertisements seemed to show a clean and spacious model capsule room. However, the actual room I received looked quite different from what was advertised. This created a very different expectation compared to the reality.
I understand that a capsule accommodation is supposed to be compact, but cleanliness and basic comfort should still be maintained. Overall, I felt that the accommodation did not live up to the expectations created by its advertisements.
Very disappointing experience, and I hope they improve the cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and accuracy of their room advertisements.

I hope they will improve. Good place sana kase easy access sa makati. But terrible lang yung mismong stay. Kung aalagaan nila at iimprove mas better

Okay siya for its price and 1 day stay. Malamig aircon. But the problem is yung cr and bathroom. Ang sikip and hindi malinis. Some of the windows are broken and natapalan lang so may mga butas na pwede kang makita. Mabait naman mga staffs and pinapasok ako earlier than my check in time
