Very friendly and helpful staff. A convenient location with a few amenities around. A few issues are some facilities are undergoing upgrading but there is no information on the website. My room has weak WiFi and TV signals.

all the staff at front desk are professional, patient, and be happy to help, answered all our questions and solved our problems, especially Manager Lady Shirley Liu. Dissent room service too, we spent several wonderful nights here.
The only thing bothered us was you can smell smoke and other strange odor in the corridor.
