Easily one of the best location wise. Facilities could do with a touch up. Some rooms can be loud, but overall, it's efficient and does the job. There's also a bus stop 10m from the door.

Would be great if I get to book the bathroom attached room as the price difference is acceptable. We were given basement floor room, the window is functional so we opened it. Glad it is protected with window net, thus we are less concerned of the safety to let the window remain open throughout the night. The place seems to be occupied by long term tenants based on the groceries they keep on the shelves and fridges. Kitchen facilities are good, just that I don't get the chance to use of all them. But I enjoyed seeing the food the tenants prepared. Bear in mind the place is without lift and our shared bathroom is at ground floor. So we have to go one floor up each time when we need to use it, still manageable. The room is just fine with the basics. It does look bigger as compared to the one in the photos.
