We enjoyed our stay at Waiouru Welcome Inn! The room was very clean and tidy. We had a very warm welcome from the owner (not sure.. but he might be the owner) and enjoyed a friendly little chit chat. The bed was comfy and warm plus a stunning view of Mt. ruapehu from the kitchen window made our stay wonderful! Will come back again to stay when we visit ruapehu 😊

Have stayed here before, and as always welcome Inn provide exceptional quality, very friendly. Sadly I no rooms available as I'll be down again for a 50th in 3 weeks so had to arrange accommodation in ohakune. But this would be our go to everytime we go back to waiouru.

Great sleepover for weary travellers. 4 adults in 2 bedrooms - lounge etc has everything you need for a comfortable stop-over. It suited us and was great value. Host was excellent for communication etc and made everything very easy.
