We hadn't planned to stay near the Nami island activity. We were going to drive down from Seoul in the morning. Do the rail park then go back to Nami Island.
As I was looking to book the zip line adventure, I discovered this resort and thought okay. Let's have a look at it. Saw it. Saw the Royal duplex and decided we're going to stay there the night before and I'm so glad we did. It changed the whole trip down to that area. The hotel itself is a little bit tired it could do with a bit of a spruce up but don't let that stop you from staying there. The hotel staff were very good. They don't speak a lot of English, but they're very, very good. They seem genuinely excited that we were there. My impression is that perhaps they don't get as many foreign travellers as other hotels in Seoul.
When I book the hotel through Agoda and paid for them, I would email the hotel directly and ask if they've received the booking and if it's been paid. To be honest, I was a little bit concerned since I'd never booked through Agoda before. All of the hotels would respond saying yes we have your booking and yes it's paid. When I contacted this one I got nothing the next day I got nothing. I rang twice. Got nothing. I was a bit concerned so I rang a goader. It turns out that the owner/manager was a little concerned about responding cuz he didn't speak English which was fine and to be honest that was the only little hiccup but I would recommend staying there. It changes the idea of going down to Nami Island and gives you time to do other things that you otherwise wouldn't do like explore the surrounding areas we decided to go and explore Chuncheon area.
So if you get the opportunity to stay there, why not. It was nice to be able to support more of the local businesses rather than just the one activity item

Staff were very helpful with fixing the hot water which turned off suddenly. A staff member arrived within 5 minutes and fixed the problem very quickly. Great location also

Staff was very helpful. Huge space, even got jacuzzi bathtub in the hall, comfortable bed. Love the balcony which overlooking the Nami island. Glad to find this place.

If you wanna go to Nami Island, this is the perfect place to stay, coz it's just a walking distance from Nami port.
