    I want to give a special mention to Thaun when checking in the guy had a nice welcoming smile and was very quick to process the check-in so I could get to my room very pleased with the service from him. Also a day after I left my fault I left two shirts at the hotel I returned told Thaun and within five minutes he had contacted the cleaning staff and I had my shirts back. It was brilliant of the Hotel not to throw the shirts away as I had left anyway and fantastic how quick they sorted it out five stars to them.
