    Under construction but no real work being done. Definitely eyesore views everywhere. Very limited activity. Staff was friendly... more staff than guests. Rooms very plain and smells moldy.

    We been coming to Sandpiper Bay for 2 years now. Just in the pass year they've be renovating. The quality of the food and the service have been gone down, but the overall experience still kept us coming back. I would recommend coming around October 2024 when they believe renovation will be complete allegedly. Mostly all of the pictures on the site are before the renovation. So, this place should be great again after renovations.

    This hotel is currently under construction and we knew that coming. The main pool is beautiful and the river access was nice as well. Overall we had a great visit. There were good food choices including hot and cold items. The maintenance could have been better, spilled drinks and food were left for hours in busy locations.
