    I’m honestly disappointed with how we were treated during our stay. Guests should be treated with more courtesy and respect. The room is on the ground floor with no view, and you can clearly hear people passing by and talking outside. There were also no toiletries provided, so be prepared to bring your own hand wash and essentials. The response time was quite slow as well. We messaged to ask if we could have a 12:00 PM check-out but didn’t receive a reply. The next day, at exactly 11:00 AM, the cleaner arrived while we were still getting ready. We politely asked if we could check out at 12:00 PM, but instead received a WhatsApp message in a rather rude tone saying that we would be charged €50 if we didn’t leave immediately. We ended up leaving at 11:23 AM. I completely understand that there are check-out policies and that they need to be followed, but the way it was communicated could have been much more respectful and professional. A simple, polite explanation would have made a big difference. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially because of the way the situation was handled.
