    "Absolute nightmare of an experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda and received a confirmed booking email. Prior to my arrival, I sent a direct message to the property clearly stating my train's arrival time at 12:30 AM and that I would be reaching the hotel around 1:00 AM. Despite this, when I arrived at the property, the staff bluntly told me they were full. I showed them my confirmed booking and the property's accepted messaging, but they completely refused to accommodate me, claiming no rooms were left. Being stranded in the middle of the night, I had to take an auto-rickshaw and search desperately for hours until I finally found alternative accommodation at 2:30 AM. This is a highly unprofessional way to run a hospitality business. If you overbook or do not honor late arrivals, you should not be on Agoda's platform. Travelers rely on these bookings for safety and peace of mind. Do not book this place if you are arriving late or expect them to honor your reservation!"

    I’ve stayed at several VITS properties and had a great experience at this very hotel a few months ago, but this visit was the complete opposite. Maintenance is in a terrible state, the rooms were dirty, and basic amenities were missing—no coffee/tea kits, no napkins, and nothing that made the stay comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t operational, so there were no on-site dining options. Parking is another nightmare: there’s no dedicated parking at all, only risky roadside parking that led to arguments with nearby shopkeepers. To be fair, the staff were helpful and decent, but their courtesy can’t make up for how poorly the property is being managed. Overall, this was my worst experience with any VITS property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until management addresses cleanliness, amenities, parking, and the nonfunctional restaurant.

    Its a very badly maintained property with the staff that not compitent to be in hpspitality business. No AC rooms are working it seems. We Have booked an AC room, but when we went there, no room is having working AC. But while charging us, the demanded price is still same. The staff dont want to entertain the guest which is their job. The lobby looks like a haunted place. The rooms are very poorly maintained. There is no parking as mentioned on the site. If you still want to stay, dont pay in advance, go and check first. You have many good hotels in the city.
