    I love that the staff gave a complimentary cake for our som who spent his birthday there. The rooms were clean although at first we were not provided towels and wipes for the bathroom. The TV was not working as well. The pool was nice. The experience of free access to the mini Zoo and Vitalis Villas chapel is exceptional. The kids enjoyed it. Overall, I loved the friendliness pf the staff. They were all approachable. Kudos!

    ​I recently stayed at this resort and left with mixed feelings. On one hand, the property itself is inherently beautiful, and the staff works incredibly hard to provide great service. On the other hand, the lack of property maintenance is glaring and hard to overlook. ​Upon check-in, I paid for an upgrade to an ocean-view room (Room 305). Unfortunately, it was unacceptably dirty. It appeared to have been vacant and uncleaned for days, covered in dust, and filled with roughly 20 flies. While the front desk sent maintenance to assist, the room also suffered from a foul-smelling bathroom and a neglected mini-fridge. ​I requested a room change, which the staff handled professionally, moving me to the second floor. While this room was cleaner, the furnishings and infrastructure felt incredibly dated, signaling an urgent need for deep renovations. Additionally, the culinary experience was disappointing, as the lunch and dinner menus never changed during my entire stay. ​This resort has immense potential and great people running it, but management needs to invest heavily in property upkeep and food variety to match the premium price point.
