    Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is still one of the accommodation options I would consider in Kampar. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the Standard King Room photos online do not match the actual room. The front desk explained that the photos shown were actually for the Deluxe King Room, so I hope this can be corrected to avoid confusion. Secondly, we unfortunately had hot water issues in both rooms. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but we had to go to the front desk several times late at night. The hot water eventually came on, but turned cold again halfway through the shower. Lastly, the bedding made my face and eyes feel itchy, and there was some damage on the back of the bathroom door. The room felt like it may not have been fully checked and prepared before our stay. However , the hotel has spacious and bright rooms, a nice lobby, good facilities, friendly staff, reasonable prices and a convenient location. With some improvements in room preparation, maintenance, cleanliness and online photos, I think this would be a very good choice for staying in Kampar.

    Room was spacious and clean. Especially liked the shower head very much as the water output was truly soft and comfortable. Staffs and receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Location was superb, right in the middle of the town. The only negative things were no private and free parking, had to park along the street and paid for parking charges, and hotel only offered handful of facilities.
