We had booked the room with personal pool at the terrif of 16000 rs. We reached the property at around 7:00 pm and when we saw an empty pool ,we requested them to fill the pool.After repeated calls and reminders they half filled the pool at around 11:00 pm. Before reaching the property we were stuck up in traffic jam for almost 2 hours and were dead tired. When immediately after checking in we ordered tea and were refused to serve saying it was dinner time and making tea was not possible! What kind of hospitality is this?? I would seriously recommend not to waste your hard earned money on such properties
