Very good location, quiet but still walking distance to the main street and the riverside. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but nice.

No breakfast, although it was listed on Agoda aa “breakfast included”. Staff said Agoda would not let them remove “breakfast included”. Bed had hair on it when we checked in and pillows smelled. Staff saw hair and changed sheets. Had first floor room. They parked 4 motorcycles in hallway in front of 3 first floor rooms. In the morning they started motorcycles and room filled up with exhaust fumes. Roosters crowed all night right behind window.. 3:45am, 3:55 am, 4:15am etc. three electrical outlets in the room. Two outlets worked, with one being the refrigerator. So we had to unplug the refrigerator to charge a phone. We would’ve loved to change locations, but the staff was difficult to deal with, and it was high season so finding another room proved the challenge. We have traveled throughout Southeast Asia, Cambodia, Lao, Thailand, etc. And we live full-time in Thailand. My girlfriend is fluent and Thai, Lau, Cambodian and English. So there was no communication barrier. It was just one of those bookings that you regret and will stay away from I recommend you do the same.
