It's very charming - awesome views from the lobby area and front room! The shower was not clean (Black mold in the shower) and the shower nozzle was completely broken. I also think they could do a little more with the breakfast.
The staff was VERY NICE. Super helpful front desk staff. Laura and Marta - were great.
I do recommend this place - 2 nights is a perfect getaway.
With some very minor upgrades this could easily be a 4-star property. As it sits now, this is a 3-star which isn't a bad thing - you just have to be aware of it.
Overall very pleasant and happy to book this place.

Close to Florence and the mall outlet. The room looks too old to clean the floor. View is very nice and worth for a short stay.
