    The stay was comfortable; however, the overall experience felt average due to some shortcomings approach and staff service. The location wasn't great, as the road was flooded, but the room was quite good and comfortable. They discourage online booking by not checking in before 12:00 hours; only direct booking can check in prior to 12:00. even though the hotel was empty.
