فندق رائع بمعنى الكلمه نظافه وتعامل موظفين وضيافه يوميا حلويات ومشروبات من الساعه ١ مساء إلى ٩ مساء والشخصيات الموجوده في اللوبي روعه بامانه تجربه جميله في هذا الفندق 🌹🌹🌹

The hotel is clean and offers free snacks, cakes, juices, hot drinks, ice cream and wonderful selection of jellybeans for kids in an amazing area surrounded by an area exhibiting figures like superman, Jurassic Park, the god father, space ships from films like the return of the Jedi, Star Wars, Spider-Man, etc. It is really value for money. The owners have done a great job and spared no expense on the exhibition area.

Lunch is very good

We had stayed at Vespia Hotel before and had generally positive experiences, which is why we chose to return for our recent stay. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. Before our arrival, we sent the hotel a message explaining that we were newlyweds, coming to relax and planning to use the spa facilities. However, when we arrived, it seemed that our message had not been read at all. I even had to show it to the receptionist myself. We were then given a very small room, and the temperature inside was extremely hot to the point that we could not sleep properly. We even called the reception during the night, but no one answered, although the front desk is supposed to be available 24/7. The next day, our room was changed to a slightly better one. The bellboy was very kind and helpful; he brought us a fan and explained that there was an issue with the air conditioning. He was one of the few staff members who were genuinely polite and helpful during this stay. In our previous visits, most of the staff were pleasant, but unfortunately this time only a minority were. The most uncomfortable part happened on the day of checkout. As soon as we came down from the room and were waiting for our car, the staff kept asking us repeatedly about the towels in the room in a very strange and unpleasant way. The situation became so uncomfortable that I left my husband in the lobby and went back upstairs myself to arrange and show them the towels that were already there. Even after that, the questioning continued, although we clearly explained that we had received the room with the exact towels I showed to the receptionist. The towels were neither luxurious nor expensive; the issue was not about the towels themselves, but about the very disrespectful and embarrassing way the matter was handled. Overall, this stay was far below the standard we had expected from Vespia Hotel, especially as returning guests and newlyweds hoping for a relaxing experience. Sadly, it left us with a very negative impression.
