    I been there for two nights stay, the room is tiny but cozy and clean, i was check out on 12 June, and the receptionist’s girl in the morning shift so friendly and helpful.

    I booked online through Agoda, who stated only 5 rooms left. The money was deducted before my arrival. I only arrived at night after a long day of traveling. The room provided was nothing like advertised. Dark, musty, shower kept falling off, no kettle, coffee or tea. Which can be fine. On the second day the water has not been replenished. My towel had a yellow bleach stain. I left this morning early, on my return I enquired about an upgraded room next to the pool. I was refused to upgrade because I had to do it before 12pm. I understand that, I booked 8 nights of which six were fr my staff. I felt too embarrassed to let my staff stay in these rooms. I managed to upgrade for my staff. As the one paying I feel undervalued and cheated with false online information. Why advertise a special for a limited time when it is not. At least show the real photos for what you pay for. I chose this hotel because it is close where have to be. I hope my staff has a better experience than me. I have never stayed in a room like this before. Very disappointing, at least mention it is located in a dark alleyway looking into corrugated stained wall 1.2 metres from the door with the next door neighbours room 10cm from mine.😓 when I enter I almost trip over the bedding.
