This place is falling appart.
The hallway is full of potholes, so much that it seems like a deserted building.
The hotel itself is not better with Lights not working in the room and faulty AC.
There is NO Wifi in the rooms… only in the reception and in the restaurant and it’s poor connection here still.
Hotel staff simply don’t care..
One of the worse hotel I have been in a long time.
Only positive was The location is just 2km from Uxmal site, but since a car is needed anyway, being close is just not worth the poor experience.

Watched an amazing thunderstorm from the balcony of an amazing room here. I recommend it but there's no wifi in the rooms - this should get changed on the Agoda site. Just wifi in communal areas. Staff was great and helped me out getting an early morning taxi. Lovely surroundings.

This resort was perfect for us as we toured the Mayan sites of the Yucatan! You can walk to Uxmal from the hotel, but as it was really hot on the day we were there, we drove the short journey.
The hotel itself was quiet when we visited, but staff were super-friendly and the room was perfect! The facilities were really good - great pool - and although the wifi wasn't super-strength it was fine for what we needed. Great choice!
