Please 🙏 if you don't have any options to find a place to stay , your car is way more luxury then your experience renting. Please stay away from here , the pictures and location are false .....

The place was nice but roaches of course and a dumpster diver that kept me up a few nights. The area is not good nor that safe. Shocking to be near bush gardens where tourists come. The owner came to knock on the door to tell me checkout was at 11am when I thought it was 11pm since it wasn’t clear on the website and he had the NERVE to ask me what happened to the tv that was on the wall. I said what tv?!? There wasn’t a tv when I got there. Places like that are used to people screwing them over so they will accuse you of things you didn’t do especially if they see you look young. There was probably someone watching me move my WORK monitors in a big box in and out my car thinking I need their tv or something. I was there from south Florida staying up there a few weeks for my new JOB. Go ask the hood person for your tv or whoever was staying there prior. By the way it’s hard to reach them-don’t book a room last minute or at night cause you’ll be outside waiting in your car with not a clue how to get in there then they’ll give you the wrong door code. They were trying to have someone get in their room one night and gave them the code to my room..They had to tell the lady someone is in there. That’s a major safety issue. Same thing happened when they were trying to get me in a room. The light was on and I saw belongings and had to tell them. What if I wasn’t a Good Samaritan and went in the people’s apartment. Do better.

This location is not in temple terrace but it is in a newly remodeled area , very nice on the inside more of an air b n b vibe. Quite area and anything you can think of is ten min or less away

the area is very dangerous covered with drug addicts and mental patients .The actual property is awesome very nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment .Just lock your self inside and u will be fine
