    I visited this hotel with my husband and friends. Based on the pictures, we expected it to be a very good hotel. When we first arrived, the female receptionist was very kind and helpful, and we had a good first impression. Unfortunately, our experience changed later that night. After her shift ended, there was a male receptionistor staff member whose behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. I am not sure whether this kind of treatment is directed mainly toward foreign guests, but I sincerely hope this is not the case. We also had an issue with parking. Since there was not enough space to park our car, we asked that man about the situation. We were not asking him to force anyone to move their car.  We simply wanted to understand the parking arrangement, especially because we had booked two rooms for two couples and expected that there would at least be reasonable parking availability for one car. Instead of explaining the situation politely, he responded in a very rude manner. The breakfast the next morning was also disappointing. There were very limited options mainly bread, milk, oats, and ramen and there was little else available. Overall, although the hotel initially gave us a good impression, the rude staff interaction, parking issue, and disappointing breakfast made our stay much less enjoyable than expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest service and breakfast options.
