Hotel is clean. Rooms are basic, but have all you need, only sink and toilet might be a bit small for some.
Communication per email about check-in and check-out quite confusing. Rather do everything on site where it is actually really uncomplicated.
Easy transport options to the city centre with three bus stops nearby: Uuslinn, Mehaanika kool, Kumu. Only a short stroll to Kadriorg, also Maxima supermarket nearby.

I definitely recommend the place if you need to have a quiet room with all the necessities and a comfy bed. I stayed in a single room with balcony. It was enough for one. Nice bathroom with a new equipment. In the lobby there are some vending machines and check-in stands. I didn’t see any employees other than cleaning ladies during the 2-day stay. The neighborhood looks alright, even though locals said that it’s not a safe area, but I spent most of the time in the center anyway. Tallin is a small city, so everything is quite close - airport, main stations and the center.
Overall it’s a good place.
