Experience was great but few rooms need renovation and the reception people should guide on the amenities during the stay and facilities as well

Had a fantastic 2 days of stay at U Rivergate and the whole stay was just great starting with the checkin process. The staff was very helpful and i had a quick walkthrough the whole place in the buggy drive so that i can finalize which place i need to visit along with my wife. The rooms were very good and the most great thing was the food. My Lunch and Dinner on Friday was just too good. The room was spic and span and i just like the room with the TV. The Breakfast next day was apt and we had a nice day on Saturday visiting the places. Then the library was apt with relevant books and good place to relax. The Swimming pool in the evening was apt and just summed up my nice saturday. Then had a fantastic Spa therapy done by Ms Kalyani and it was great great. Had a great sleep and on sunday had another crack at the swimming pool and then left. Will definitely visit this place in future. Keep the good things as it is Team.

It's a big property that's it to sum it up. No facilities... Everything is shabby old ... Some staff is good ... But some are least bothers especially on reception.. No activites and really nothing to do in this resort.. the pool is also like only 3ft max .. just a joke of pool.
