Good stuff and helpful about everything in this island, great hotel and clean room

U’re Holitel is located at the perfect place of Haad Rin despite the noises of the area; it’s bearable, especially after all the parties, as Haad Rin gets quite after the Full Moon. I stayed here for two weeks because of its affordable price and great location. But despite the affordable price and perfect location, the management has a lot of improvements to do and consider.
*The shower in room 202 is electrified. I’ve reported and raised my concern; apparently, when they checked it, they said it’s okay and normal. They didn’t seek nor hire professionals to check it.
*I left my key once inside my room, understandable that no one is around the area. There was one helper; unfortunately, he was too useless to help and was only told me “Try to contact Agoda” in a situation like this. Any staff who’s around the property should be attentive enough to the needs of their guest/s and yet to my dismay there was no effort of the staff to call their other employee or boss. I had to wait till 11:30 AM for the other staff to come and open my room. I tried calling the admin as well, but despite numerous call attempts, no one answered.
But despite of it there’s this one lovely lady who helped me thru, gave me water from time to time, calmed me down in short took care of me. She’s an angel if it wasn’t for her, I might did end up in a hospital because of exhaustion.
U’re Holitel is a lovely place to stay, but for safety reasons, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this place unless you’re with a friend or someone; especially in emergency scenarios, there will be no one around to seek help.
