    We stayed at U Hotel as a couple traveler. Overall, our experience was fine, though we had a bit of trouble during check-in, but we're not entirely sure if this was the guest house's fault or a miscommunication with Agoda. It was frustrating arriving late at night, tired from travel, only to encounter confusing instructions for checking in. However, once we finally got to our room, things went smoothly. The location is excellent – literally just a few steps from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit D1, with a bus stop right nearby. For the price, it's hard to beat, especially if you’re just looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep. The room was small but clean, with no odors, which was a big plus. It works perfectly well if you need somewhere to rest after exploring Hong Kong. If you're a budget traveler focused on location and value, this is a practical choice. Hopefully, the check-in process will be smoother in the future.
