    Nice room, comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Short walk to the town centre and beach, still quiet at night. Breakfast simple but good. Restaurant on site is great. Staff very friendly. Only negative would be if you struggle with walking up steps it is necessary to get to the room. Wasn't a problem for us but might be for others.

    I stayed in the Deluxe Rooms at the top with private balconies, and extended my stay twice. First the only downside, it's a rather steep 3 story climb, so make sure your knees are good! Otherwise, I loved having a private balcony and room with sunset views over Kata Beach - that's what you're getting for great value. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The rooms are clean and functional with comfortable beds, fridge, safe, water, coffee, etc. The staff are super friendly and helpful. And the free breakfast (choose from 6-8 types of dishes along with buffet of fruit and bread) makes this hotel incredible value. Lots of friendly cats will keep you company. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the room's "beach bathrooms" a bit more welcoming, even though they are perfectly comfortable. Check the restaurant's weekly food promotions for good deals to chill, live music.
