    If you're looking for the affordable stay near the Alona Beach with easy access to food establishments and transportation, this one's a good choice! Unfortunately during our visit the swimming pool was not operational. Although there are CCTVs in place, the are still lots of improvement esp with the cleanliness and the security of the resort. Thank you!

    The room looks clean and tidy however whenever am in our room, I have been experiencing constant sneezing and I had to take medication for allergy. The floor looks clean but it's dirty.

    The hotel is in a very convenient location and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues during our stay. The water pressure was very low and the heater didn’t work properly. The floor wasn’t that clean, and when we requested towels the next day, we had to wait hours due to delayed availability. The biggest issue was the slow and unreliable WiFi, which made it hard for me to work. Overall, good location and staff, but the facilities need improvement.
