Twin Palms at Siesta

This is a beautiful cozy calm private location. The room is very clean, and updated. The ac is cold and the bed is comfortable. Only wish the table inside was a little bigger, just bc the noseeums come out in evening and eating outside wasn’t an option. Either that being said each unit has its own large table and chairs and umbrella which was cute and each unit comes with a beach wagon full of every amenity you need for the beach. It was a really neat extra I have never seen with a rental. We just love everything about it here. Location is a little trek down road to beach right at the best spot at point of Rocks. I would stay here every trip!

The room was so clean, and so well stocked. Is that there's have said, kitchenette includes almost any device you could need; full size fridge silverware l, cooking utensils, etc . Handed all interactions with the front desk were courteous & handled via the phone, which, the front desk does have business hours, 9:00a to 5:00p I believe, I was only there for one night so never had to use the after hours option. I'm local, so it wasn't an issue for me to conform to these hours, but I could see where people traveling from out of town may have issues If something were to happen(?), especially since you need a code to get in your room. Plenty of towels for the room, and also the beach/heated pool. There was even a beach cart w/ chairs for us to use to take to the beach! However, and I could be wrong, (also, Twin Palms doesn't have control of this)--once you take the public access path to get to the beach, nearly the whole area is cordoned off by other resorts, so that you can't even set up your own Base Camp unless you're willing to put your things nearly in the water where "their property line" stops, or pay $50 for a chair and umbrella. To the left there was a small sand patch that "regular" people could use to set up shop. The sanded area is limited as it is, from the dunes to the water line is probably only 20 to 30 ft if I had to guess, obviously depending on high tide. It's odd that a public access path would take you to a privately owned area, but I digress. None of this is controlled by Twin Palms, but I figured it would be useful for people to know, since the whole point of staying in a place like this, would be the close access to the water. All this said, a lovely stay all around.

Love this place, second time we returned. Clean, great location, has everything you need
