    TVPalm Ecolodge is a beautiful and peaceful place, built from local wood, bamboo and stone and surrounded by nature and rice terraces. I felt at home the moment I arrived. The food was a real highlight: the vegetables come straight from the owner's organic garden, often picked the same morning, and as a vegetarian I had plenty of delicious options at every meal. I also loved the mindset behind the lodge. There is no single-use plastic, they make their own natural cleaning products from soap nuts, and the owner has been reforesting the surrounding slopes since 2019. The team was incredibly helpful with organizing everything, and the lodge is the perfect base for treks like Tay Con Linh, which was the highlight of my whole trip to Vietnam. I was really sad when I had to leave. The 2-day Tay Con Linh trek with TVPalm was, without exaggeration, the highlight of my whole trip through Vietnam. The ecolodge itself is beautiful and peaceful, built from local wood, bamboo and stone, and I felt at home the moment I arrived. It is the perfect base for exploring Ha Giang. On the first day we hiked through Dao villages and rice terraces, had lunch with a local family and spent the night at a homestay in Xa Phin. On the second day we climbed through untouched primary forest to the summit at 2,428 m. I will never forget the ancient moss-covered trees, the mushrooms and all the plants our guide showed us. He shared so much about the local culture, the plants and village life, and I learned more about Vietnam in those two days than during the rest of my trip.

    We had an absolutely incredible time here. There are honestly no words that can fully describe how peaceful, relaxing, energizing, and completely timeless this place feels. From the very first moment, it felt like stepping into another rhythm of life — one centered around nature, calm, and genuine presence. What made the experience even more special was the extraordinary kindness of the staff, especially Kian, whose warmth and care truly left a lasting impression on us. We also got incredibly lucky and had almost the entire place to ourselves, which made the silence, the views, and the connection to nature feel even more magical. Everything was exceptional — the comfort of the rooms, the beauty of the surroundings, the incredible food, and the overall atmosphere of serenity throughout the stay. This was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had the chance to enjoy. Thank you for everything. This place is truly something special.

    Don't even have doubts about booking this place - just book it! Recommendation from the bottom of my heart. If you are looking for the place to truly relax by being in some tranquil peaceful natural rural environment, if you want to be welcomed and taken care of right away after your arrival - do choose this place! 1. The best customer service exceeding expectations. I had my birthday on April 10 and I asked the manager if I could buy a cake. By that I meant a little slice of cake where I could put my candle and light it, be happy with the little. But guess what they did? They prepared a big ACTUAL birthday cake, candles, fruit and some other birthday stuff - on their expense! They said "it's your special day madam, enjoy" - that nearly brought me to tears. They fulfilled all the other requests and questions I ever asked for: cigarrets ? - yes, they took them from the centre and gave me. Fitness mat? They had one! The staff were super nice and warm, I already miss this place! 2. The room. I booked the room with the mountains view and it was like waking up in a dream. The room was clean, nice, there were tea bags, a kettle and things for the shower. 3. The area. Super clean, super nice, super tranquil. The very place to enjoy silence and peacefulness. There is also a pretty nice swimming pool and a pond with fish. 4. Transportation. The staff kindly arranged a taxi for me for ~ 200.000vnd (if you try to do it yourself it is very likely to cost you around 300.000) and after taxi there was some kind of a golf cart vehicle on which the hotel worker takes you to the hotel itself. 5. Food. The food is nice as well, there's the kitchen and you can order sth when you're hungry (but breakfast is included) You should be ready though that if you want some snacks and stuff like this - better buy it before going here, because you'll be up in the hills. So, all in all, it was the best service I've ever experienced in my life, I felt valued, important and taken care of ... [crying emoji, heart emoji] Wish palmhagiang all the best!!!
