Staff were not very friendly and did not greet me upon arrival or when I returned to the hotel. Especially the male staff at check-in, whose attitude was quite disappointing. Regardless of how many stars a hotel has, service is always the most important factor.
On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and the room was clean. However, I would strongly recommend improving staff service and providing additional training to ensure a better service mind.
I would like to commend one petite female receptionist who was very polite, friendly, and always smiling, she made a good impression. As a small gesture of appreciation, I gave her a cake at check-out.
